  क्या भविष्य में भारत अमेरिका और रूस की तरह अपने रक्षा उत्पादों का निर्यात कर सकेगा ?

  हिन्दुस्तान ऐरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (HAL) के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर आर. माधवन ने कहा है कि हम वियतनाम ,
    इंडोनेशिया, मलेशिया और श्री लंका में अपने रक्षा सामान आपूर्ति केंद्र (लॉजिस्टिक बेसेस ) बना सकते हैं |



अगर हम  लॉजिस्टिक बेसेस बनाने में सफल होते हैं तो  रक्षा उत्पादों के स्पेयर पार्ट्स और उनके कम्पोनेंट्स   उन देशों में बनाये जा सकेंगे  | ऐसा करने से वहां के लोगों का भारतीय रक्षा उत्पादों पर भरोसा बढ़ेगा और यदि ये देश भविष्य में हमसे हमारे रक्षा उत्पाद खरीदतें  हैं तो वहां  के लोगों को रोजगार भी मिलेगा |

भारत को इसका लाभ यह होगा कि उसके रक्षा उत्पादों के निर्यात में बढ़ोतरी होगी जिससे रक्षा निर्यात के 5बिलियन डॉलर  पहुंचने  में सहायता होगी जिसका लक्ष्य हमने 5 वर्ष रखा है |


भारत की इस योजना में सफल होने की सम्भावनाएं:-
यह योजना सफल  होने की संभावना प्रबल है क्योंकि अमेरिका और रूस के सापेक्ष भारत से रक्षा सौदा इन देशों  के लिए सस्ता होगा  इन उपकरणों के रख रखाव के लिए अमेरिका  और रूस से अधिक दुरी के कारण इन देशों को ज्यादा खर्च वहन करना पड़ता है जबकि भारत के साथ इनकी भौगोलिक िस्थति नजदीक होने के कारण इनके  खर्च में कमी आएगी |



हिन्दुस्तान ऐरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड -
HAL एक नवरत्न कंपनी है जो रक्षा मंत्रालय के अधीन आती है इसकी नीव दिसम्बर 1940 में राखी गयी थी इसका मुख्यालय बैंगलुरु  में है यह कंपनी इसरो के लिए लांच विहिकल  और कृत्रिम उपग्रहों की संरचना उपलब्ध कराती है तेजस एयरक्राफ्ट HAL के द्वारा ही बनाया गया है |

यह कंपनी भारत के साथ साथ दूसरे देशों के लिए भी हेलीकाप्टर का निर्माण करती है जिसमे ध्रुव ,रूद्र और लाइट कॉम्बैट हेलीकाप्टर शामिल है |

इन देशों के साथ सफल रक्षा उत्पादों के निर्यात के पश्चात हम अन्य देशों के समक्ष एक उदाहरण पेश कर सकतें हैं  कि रक्षा आयात और निर्यात के वार्तालाप के समय भारत को अनदेखा नहीं किया जा सकता |

Will India be able to export its defense products like the US and Russia in future?
.Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) managing director K. Madhvan has said that we are in Vietnam,   Indonesia, Malaysia and Sri Lanka can have their own Defense Goods Supply Centers (Logistic Bases)
.
 
If we are successful in making logistic bases, then spare parts of defense products and their components will be made in those countries. By doing this, the people there will have increased confidence in Indian defense products and if these countries buy our defense products from us in future, then the people of that place will also get employment.

Its benefit to India will be that there will be an increase in the export of its defense products, which will help to complete 5 billion dollars of defense exports, which we have set for 5 years.

Possibilities of being successful in this scheme of India: -
This plan is likely to be successful because the defense deal with India will be cheaper for these countries relative to the US and Russia. Due to more distance from the US and Russia for maintenance of these devices, these countries have to bear more expenditure while India With their geographical location closer, their expenses will decrease


Hindustan Aeronautics Limited -
HAL is a Navratna company under the Ministry of Defense. Its foundation was laid in December 1940. It is headquartered in Bangalore. This company provides the structure of launch vehicle and artificial satellites for ISRO. Tejas Aircraft is built by HAL  




This company also manufactures helicopters for India as well as other countries including Dhruv, Rudra and Light Combat Helicopters.





After successful defense products exports with these countries, we can present an example to other countries that India cannot be ignored at the time of defense import and export negotiations.
