                           क्या   एस्टेरॉयड  ( 52768) 1998 OR2 पृथ्वी से टकरायेगा ?

           

   

      क्या होता है एस्टेरॉयड ?

       
         एस्टेरॉयड एक खगोलीय पिंड होते है  | जो  ब्रह्माण्ड में विचरण करते रहते हैं | यह अपने आकर में ग्रहों से
          छोटे और उल्का पिंडो से बड़े होते हैं
          हमारे सौमंडल में मंगल  ग्रह  और बृहस्पति ग्रह के बीच  में एक एस्टेरॉयड बेल्ट  पाई जाती है | जिसमें                बहुत सारे एस्टेरॉयड घुमते रहते हैं |   जो कभी कभी अपने मार्ग से भटक जाते हैं और पृथ्वी की कक्षा में

          घुमने लगते हैं जिससे इनकी पृथ्वी से टकराने और उसके               पास से गुजरने की संभावनाएं बनने लगती है  |


                      एस्टेरॉयड  ( 52768) 1998OR2 इसी तरह का एक खगोलीय पिंड है जो अपोलो ग्रुप का है | यह 2020  के अप्रैल महीने में  पृथ्वी के पास से  गुजरेगा | जिसके आकार का अनुमान 2-4  किलोमीटर लगाया  गया है | 
  वैज्ञानिको के अनुसार इसके पृथ्वी से टकराने की सम्भावना बिलकुल नहीं है | यह पृथ्वी से मिलियन किलोमीटर  दूर से गुजरेगा | लेकिन यदि यह भविष्य में अपना मार्ग बदलता है तो पृथ्वी से टकराने की संभावना बढ़ सकती है | मिलियन किलोमीटर के दूर से इसके गुजरने के बावजूद इसका अवलोकन टेलीस्कोप से किया   सकता है |

    इस प्रकार की यह पहली घटना नहीं है की कोई एस्टेरॉयड पृथ्वी के पास से गुजर रहा है | इसके  पहले  भी   कई एस्टेरॉयड पृथ्वी के समीप से गुजर चुके हैं |
